First Course

Coconut Shrimp & Apple Arugula Salad

Crispy coconut shrimp on arugula with apples, candied pecans, cranberries, goat cheese, red peppers and apple cider vinaigrette with a sweet chili drizzle. 


Paired With

Baby Blue Blanc 2023

Crisp and refreshing with aromas of citrus, green apple and tropical fruit. Bright acidity and a clean, vibrant finish.


Second Course

Seared Salmon Jambalaya

Pam-seared salmon over Creole jambalaya with andouille sausage, tasso ham, roasted peppers, onions and fresh herbs finished with a light Pinot Noir reduction. 
Paired With

Blue Rock Pinot Noir 2023

Bright cherry and raspberry aromas with hints of earth and spice. Silky and balanced with lively acidity and a smooth, elegant finish.


Third Course

Korean BBQ Short Rib Duo

Slow-braised short rib glazed in Korean BBQ sauce with sesame pickled vegetables and crispy onions over whipped white cheddar grits.

Paired With

Baby Blue Red 2022

Ripe berry aromas with notes of blackberry, plum and a touch of vanilla. Soft tannins and a smooth, approachable finish.


Dessert
Deconstructed S'mores

Dark chocolate ganache, graham cracker crumble, toasted marshmallow fluff, and salted caramel gelato.
